Ember & Bean began in 2023 as a passion project in the bustling lanes of Indiranagar. Our founder, driven by a love for Indian single-origin coffees, wanted to create a space that honored the farmer as much as the barista.
We believe that coffee isn't just a caffeine fix—it's a ritual. By partnering directly with estates in Coorg and Chikmagalur, we ensure that every cup tells the story of the soil it grew in.
Paired with our artisanal bakery, where sourdough is fermented for 48 hours and croissants are laminated by hand, we offer a culinary experience that values time, patience, and quality above all else.
We work directly with Indian farmers, ensuring fair trade practices and sustainable farming methods that protect our environment.
